The Stitcher Breakthrough Fellowship is designed to help recruit diverse talent and promote inclusivity in podcasting.
Our Summer/Fall 2022 fellow will be a part of our Earwolf team, the comedy network of Stitcher. Earwolf is home to such podcasts as Comedy Bang! Bang!, Scam Goddess, Office Ladies, and many more of your favorite podcasts.
As a fellow you will learn the ins and outs of podcast production both from the audio engineering & producing side of podcast creation. You will learn how to utilize pro tools to edit audio files, participate in podcast recordings both in studio and in the field along with preparing materials for interviews & script editing. This program will prepare you for a role in the podcasting industry in a behind the scenes role.
The Details
Fellowship runs 6 months, beginning in July
Full-Time Position
$28 per hour pre-tax
Located in Los Angeles CA, and ideally in the office 2-3 days a week.
Relocation and housing are not included
This is not aimed at recent college graduates; you should have at least 3 years of work experience.
